Just a wee photo from weeks ago that I never got round to posting, it was taken when we attended a friend's wedding.

I love getting dressed up for these occasions, but I also hate to feel overdressed so I always try and pick something with a hint of a relaxed edge. I know, that sounds like a complete contradiction of terms but that's just me !! That's why I picked a lovely patterned dress in luxe silk crepe fabric, but which has an almost T-shirt style front !! The teal shoes I just love, they will be getting a lot of wear methinks !!

Yes I have been missing for a few weeks now........although I have a vaild excuse !! In the last three weeks there really hasn't been enough hours in the day.

I have been getting up for 5am starts, been really busy at work, then come home to work on our bathroom refurbishment for hours every night, followed by 4-5 hours sleep (soooo not enough!!!). Along with this precious lack of spare time, the most glamorous thing I have worn in said 3 weeks is a grout encrusted old T-shirt and sawdust covered combat trousers, complete with dusty hair from all the tiling we've done. Not exactly inspiring stuff to blog about lol !!!!!!

Thankfully, the bathroom is very nearly finished and the last two nights we have given ourselves the night off in order to get our heads showered (I was so tired I was a complete zombie!!!). So I have actually managed to do some outfit shots!!!

These are from last night, when we went to see Primal Scream at Belsonic, which is a series of concerts held in Custom House Square in the heart of Belfast. I went for a rock edge and big cleated boots for comfort. We had a brilliant night, the highlight of which is when they played "Come Together"........brilliant!!! Needless to say the head was a bit sore come this morning though lol !!!!!!
